Understanding our course enrollment terms, batch processing commitments, and exceptional considerations.
At BuildBillion, we are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, live, batch-based technical education and mentorship. When a student completes a payment and enrolls in one of our courses, our team immediately begins allocating resources, preparing batch infrastructure, granting dashboard access, and scheduling dedicated mentor support.
Because of the immediate allocation of educational resources, cohort planning, and operational setup that occurs upon enrollment, course fees and payments made are generally non-refundable. We encourage all prospective students to carefully review course syllabi, batch timings, and prerequisites before completing their registration.
Please note that failing to attend classes, missing live sessions, or being unable to participate for any reason from the student's side will not be considered a valid reason to issue a refund or credit under any circumstances.
We understand, however, that extraordinary and unforeseen life circumstances can occasionally arise. In rare cases of extreme hardship, we may review requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis strictly at our own absolute discretion.
If an exception is granted under extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered. Any approved refund will be strictly subject to due deductions, covering administrative costs, third-party transaction fees, and the pro-rata value of any classes, sessions, or digital resources already accessed or utilized.
All refund requests or inquiries regarding payment exceptions must be submitted formally in writing through our contact support channels. Requests must include your registered email address, transaction details, and a clear explanation of the extraordinary circumstances prompting your request.
Our management team reviews all exceptional submissions thoroughly to ensure fair handling. Please note that all decisions regarding refund exceptions, evaluations, and applicable deductions remain entirely at our own discretion and are final and binding.
